Rescue+Mobile for Android ia a product that let the IT support to access Android based phones remotely using this Logmein help desk tool.
This is just being presented at the Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona Spain.
I am being a long time logmein happy user of their great remote access / control software (the pc versio is free for personal use)
